Ero, also known as BoyWithTheBox, is a Leeds-based step instructor with over six years of experience as a personal trainer. He specializes in step aerobics and brings a unique blend of high-energy workouts with music genres like Rap, Grime, and RnB.

Ero’s classes are known for their vibrant music selection, high energy, and inclusive atmosphere. Unlike typical fitness classes that use generic pop music, Ero’s sessions feature Rap, Grime, and RnB, making workouts more engaging and enjoyable.

You will need a stable internet connection, a device to stream the class, and some space to move around. A step platform is recommended but not mandatory; modifications can be made to accommodate different setups.

The subscription classes are recorded live sessions, accessible anytime and anywhere, offering the flexibility to participate from home or even while on holiday.
